All About Your Library Card
WCPL Resident Card
City residents and property owners are eligible for a free library card. This card is paid for through a library tax on individual property value. A WCPL resident card entitles the card holder to use the materials and services within the building plus the library’s subscription services. This also allows full access to over 100 other Evergreen libraries!
Renew: Every two years
Non-Resident Card
Those living outside the city limits are considered “unserved”. Unserved areas are NOT in a taxing district and these residents may purchase a full resident Evergreen library card. This will provide full library access as if you were a resident.
Renew: Annually, $40
Student Limited Access Card
Students who live outside the WCPL taxing district, but attend a school corporation that is located in the taxing district may register for a library card. Student cards provide access to the collection at WCPL.
Renew: Annually
Reciprocal Borrower Card
Library card holders in good standing who are members of libraries on the Statewide Reciprocal Borrowing Covenant List can receive a free reciprocal borrowing card. This card entitles the card holder to use the materials and services within the building.
