Eclipse Exploration: Children’s STEM Program

Join us for a fun-filled children’s STEM program, “Eclipse Exploration,” where we’ll dive into the wonders of space on March 23, 2024.
Be an astronomer! Children aged 6-12 can learn what a solar eclipse is, how to view it safely, and how it is possible to predict when and where it will occur. The hands-on experiments will include scaling the Sun, Moon, and Earth, exploring UV rays to understand the need for protective viewers, and learning how eclipses are all about shadows.
