HOW TO OBTAIN A
LIBRARY CARD at no Charge
RESPONSIBILITIES OF LIBRARY CARD OWNERSHIP
Reciprocal Borrowing, Paid Cards and
PLAC
WCPL is a member of the Statewide Reciprocal Borrowing Covenant. Persons holding a card from a member library may apply for a WCPL card. Bring your home library card with you and follow the WCPL library card procedure. Reciprocal borrowers are limited to checking out Books only. NOTE: Persons living outside the City limits of Washington, Indiana, not residing in a contractual township and not a member of a Statewide Reciprocal Borrowing Library must have a Paid Library Card (cost $42.00) or a Public Library Access Card (PLAC-$50.00) to check out materials from the Carnegie Public Library. PLAC users may only check out Books. View map of library service offered in Indiana. If your township is NOT listed in the served area, please contact your Township Trustee. |
