Download Ebooks to your Kindle, Nook, iPad and more!  WCPL shares a catalog with 24 other libraries for your e-checkout needs.  For access you will need your library card number.  Click on the icon above and follow the Help instructions on the website.  Call 254-4586 for questions.    Ebooks are not in the regular WCPL catalog.  You must browse the IDDC catalog on the OverDrive site.

INSPIRE is a collection of academic databases and other information resources that can be accessed by Indiana residents using any computer equipped with an Internet Protocol (IP) address located in Indiana and a Web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. INSPIRE includes following content: magazine and journal articles, websites, pamphlets, images, almanacs, library catalogs, and more.
 

 

Online Catalog and Library Account Help

 

Online Catalog-- After selecting "Online Catalog" you will be directed to the "Washington Carnegie Public Library" page.  Click on the library name. This will take you directly to the Card Catalog.

 

View Your Library Account

Check your account, renew your books, and create reading lists.  Follow the above steps.  When you are on the card catalog page, you will see a LOGIN button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.  Your user ID will be your library barcode number. Call or stop by the library for your initial account password setup.
